Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM | 3 Shifts/Week | 11.5 Hours/Shift | 34.5 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $75 – $80/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Postpartum/Mother Baby RN to provide nursing care to postpartum patients and newborns while supporting maternal and newborn safety and care.
Required Qualifications
Active New York State RN License with primary source verification through NYSED.
AHA BLS and NRP certifications.
AHA ACLS certification, except Bellevue.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
Minimum 2 years of Maternal and Child experience.
Minimum 2 years of IV insertion experience.
Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
Minimum 2 years of conscious sedation experience.
Strong communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to postpartum and Mother Baby patients.
Monitor maternal and newborn conditions and provide appropriate clinical interventions.
Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy procedures as required.
Provide care involving conscious sedation according to facility protocols.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Assess patient conditions and communicate changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Follow hospital policies, infection-control procedures, and patient-safety standards.
Provide education and support to postpartum patients and families regarding maternal and newborn care.
