Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team serving clients throughout Maryland . This role is essential in providing high-quality, person-centered care in both facility and home settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders and appointment assistance
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE Maryland CNA Certification
  • GNA Certification also accepted
• MUST HAVE CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred
• Must be comfortable speaking, reading, and writing in English as part of daily responsibilities
